*** DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND as of 4/27/23 TCO is seeking an additional trainer for the Middle School sessions to expand into the gym along with the weight room for training. We hope to announce more information in regards to this coming May 9th or sooner. Please add your participant to the wait list at this time.

Please read carefully!

There is a sibling discount available if you are signing up siblings, however, the registrations must be done during the same transaction/registration date/time.


If you are registering siblings you MUST register each of them in their respective session. You will add payment under ONLY 1 participant for siblings THEN when you go to register the sibling you will select $0 in drop down. Please enter siblings names under each registration for cross referencing purposes on our end.

There is a price break that you can note in ONE of the siblings registrations and the other sibling you would register as $0 in the drop down. Call 952.442.0608 if you have questions on sibling registration.

We highly recommend that you register on a computer and not a mobile device.





Speed and Strength is a comprehensive sports performance program open to all Waconia High School athletes! Provided by Training HAUS powered by TCO, the Official Sports Performance Provider at Waconia High School, Wildcat Speed and Strength will focus on improving athlete strength, acceleration, speed, agility, mobility, and injury prevention.
