Kids Yoga
This kids yoga class will be led with love and laughter! It will be filled with games, stories and activities that will connect and engage your child to feel more peaceful, grounded, happier, calmer and refreshed both physically and mentally. Plus, they will walk away with tools to help them off their mat and be a little yogi everywhere. Please have your child bring their own mat and water bottle to each session (along with an open mind and heart). Come to the space after school, have a snack from 2:30-2:45pm and we’ll start at yoga at 2:45pm. Students from other schools are encouraged to attend. If you would like to ride the bus over, please contact Koch Bus on what bus to ride. 952-442-3370. Register for as many sessions as you’d like!
