SHiNE Dance Fitness for Kids!
Do you find your kiddo moving to the beat whenever a song is on? Then this class is for him or her! SHiNE Dance Fitness for Kids is a 45 minute class, where we use the first 15 minutes to learn a few Dance combinations from our 30 minute playlist. Then, we press "PLAY" on a fun, motivating and inspirational Playlist of hit music your child will recognize. Each song has a choreographed routine that is instructor lead. SHiNE Dance Fitness routines are rooted in ballet, jazz and hip hop. No dance background is needed. During class, we talk about body positivity, students will gain appreciation for what their body can do and also be more confident in themselves. This class is for every BODY, the students will not only get a physical dance workout, but they will have a chance to free their mind in a safe, positive environment! What do students need? Tennis shoes, comfy clothes and a water bottle. Come to the gym after school, have a snack from 2:30-2:45pm and we’ll start at SHiNE at 2:45pm. Students from other schools are encouraged to attend.
