Volleyball Camp - 1st-3rd Grade

1st-3rd Grade Girls Volleyball Camp

Girls will be introduced to the exciting and fun sport of volleyball with instruction on passing, setting, serving and a very basic intro to over hand attacking will be taught. While we won’t play 6 on 6 games, we will play games at stations to develop and introduce skills using balloons as a slower training method to work on form. The balloons are a great way to teach and work on form! On the second day the girls will be able to try-out their skills with volley-lite volleyballs. Space is limited, register early! Sign up for one or BOTH sessions!
