Summer Accelerated Math with Mr. O’Brien
This program is designed to help students be better prepared for advanced placement in math so they can start the school year strong. The class is a combination of classroom teacher-led learning and online learning. To get the maximum benefit for this course, students should expect to work on their own approximately 1 - 3 hours per week outside the in-class time. The classroom time is designed for students to receive individual and group help. Each week is a different topic (Multiplication, Algebra, Fractions, Decimals, etc.). We will have a 2 hour class with instruction for the week and then an at home assignment to complete on Schoology as they have time.
