Family Yoga (2 1/2-5 years with an adult)

2 ½-5 years with an adult

Enjoy play-based yoga while building self-regulation skills, increasing mindfulness, and enhancing breathing techniques. Come dressed to move and play. We will use movement, games, songs, stories, postures, and breath work during our time together. The last 15-20 minutes of our time is using the gym equipment for free play. Please no more than 2 children per adult. Sibling care is not available.

Registration Required (register under the child's name).
